This spacious, Endicott Village apartment is only moments away to the Arbor Pool, the Ocean Edge Golf Clubhouse, and the Linx Tavern & Bar. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed, AC, TV, deck, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, AC, TV with DVD, and deck. The den accommodates a bunk bed with a trundle (for a total of 3 twins), AC, TV, and sliders to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home, and there is comfortable seating for 6 in the dining area. Sliders off the dining area lead to a furnished deck. The living room offers a TV with DVD, ceiling fan, a wet bar, and AC. Other amenities include light blocking window treatments, laminate flooring, washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet access. Due to condo regulations, this unit does not offer a grill.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children’s Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Golf Privileges on the Private Ocean Edge Golf Course are available with this property. (Green fees apply)
